Quotation

Based on the consultation, I will provide you with a quotation outlining the cost of the project, including materials, labor, and any additional charges.

Agreement

Upon acceptance of the quotation, both parties will sign a commission agreement detailing the scope of the project, timeline, and payment terms.

Payment

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 70% of the total quoted price is required upfront to secure your commission slot.

Progress Payments: Additional payments may be required at specific milestones throughout the project, as outlined in the commission agreement.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and approval of the commissioned painting, before delivery or collection.
